Order Processing & Shipping Policy

We know that our products are often subject to time sensitive requirements and we strive to deliver the fastest and most reliable service possible. We are committed to improving our logistics, supply chain, fulfillment & shipping processes. We deliver product when, and where, it's needed the most.

Current order processing time is same day for all domestic orders placed before 1PM EST Monday-Friday (business days excluding weekends and holidays), 1-2 business days for all international orders (shipped from the United States to a destination outside of the United States including Puerto Rico). 

**Many of our products are fulfilled and shipped from international facilities and are considered to be domestic shipments if the shipping destination is in the same region/zone. 

**After your order has been processed it will be shipped via the carrier selected at checkout.

You will receive a notification when your order has been scheduled for pickup with tracking information.

Please keep in-mind that holiday shipping volumes, weather events and many other factors that are out of our control can delay processing and shipping times.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you are purchasing a product that is inventoried outside of your shipping country the appropriate customs & import duties will be displayed and added to the order total.
