Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We always strive to deliver the best possible service and customer experience. Please keep in mind that many of our products have strict handleing and shelf-life (expiration date) requirements that dictate our cancellation, return & refund policies.

Cancellations

WeShield offers order cancellation prior to order shipment (pick-up by the carrier selected at checkout). If you wish to cancel your order please contact customer service immediately as your request must be submitted and approved before your order has been picked-up for delivery.

Refunds & Returns

WeShield offers returns & refunds on all non-subscription products requested within 14 days of the order delivery date.

WeShield is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Send us an email at orders@store.weshielddirect.com within 14 days of your order delivery date and a customer service agent will process your request.

Exchanges & Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at orders@store.weshielddirect.com with the pictures of the defective/damaged items and a customer service agent will process your request.
