Nancy The order process, fulfillment speed, package integrity and product quality were great. However the straps were way too tight for me so I won’t be wearing them. I want this style for wearing long hours but need to find either the perfect size or adjustable straps. Also good is they answer the phone in person and we’re amendable to being able to return the box I hadn’t opened.
